Born between cultures, we honour the richness and diversity of Moroccan cuisine through a modern London lens: shaped by heritage, travel, memory and reinvention.
Inspired by the women who cooked before us, centuries of exchange and the craftsmanship behind Moroccan food culture, we believe Moroccan cuisine deserves the same refinement, creativity and recognition as any global cuisine.
Rooted in tradition yet driven by curiosity, Zellige creates bold, vibrant food experiences that reinterpret familiar flavours for a new generation bringing people together through flavour, culture and identity.
Our products are carefully sourced and handcrafted with seasonal ingredients.

Meet our Founder
Zellige was founded by Nadia Echchihab, a Moroccan-French creative born in Casablanca and raised between cultures. She has been based in London since 2017.
After 16 years in the Tech world, she formally re-trained in boulangerie at Le Cordon Bleu London in 2025 and created Zellige as a way to reconnect with her heritage and reimagine Moroccan flavours through a modern, creative lens.She’s passionate about bread, viennoiseries… and her cat Jalapeño (very Moroccan indeed). Lastly, she’s convinced Moroccan cuisine deserves a place in the London food pantheon. It's time to reclaim the narrative and show off Maghrebi cuisine!
